Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Beauty Therapist to work in the Aqueous Spa at Dalhousie Castle. Our spa therapists are the face of the spa, communicating with different departments and guests alike, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a high volume and high standard similar operation, hold a Beauty Therapy SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and possess excellent massage and skin expertise skills. You must be confident, professional and able to work on your own initiative, providing massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and waxing services to the highest standard, adhering to all company policies on health and safety. The role also involves assisting the Spa team with bookings and appointments scheduling, providing additional administration support if required, answering client calls in a polite and friendly manner and promoting the sale of branded products where appropriate. We are looking for someone who will deliver the highest level of customer service at all times – with warmth, respect, informality and professionalism.
