Scottish Banquets are held at Dalhousie Castle in the traditional style with crystal, candelabrums and silver.
The evening starts with a welcome from the Piper, pre-dinner drinks are then served. The Banquet commences and the Piper addresses the Haggis with Robert Burn’s famous “Ode to the Haggis”. The Piper also plays for the two Scottish Highland Dancers dancing traditional Highland Jigs.
