Hotel Receptionist

 

As a hotel receptionist, your role will be a crucial part of the team to support us to maintain exemplary standards of hospitality, to act as a liaison between guests and management in order to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers; hence maximise room revenue and guest satisfaction.

Role Profile: The ideal Receptionist will be a career focussed professional with the ability to go the extra mile and a can do attitude. We are looking for positive individuals who have the ability to work well within a team; the right candidate will also thrive on feedback and new challenges. The ability to clearly demonstrate experience of working in a busy front office environment while still delivering service excellence is essential.

Chef de Partie

Your role will be a crucial part of the team to support us to maintain exemplary standards of cuisine and be responsible for a designated section ensuring statutory obligations are met and kitchen profit achieved.  Advance preparation and delivery of menus on time in line with company brand standards.  Contribution to design and development of new dishes.

Role Profile: The ideal Chef de Partie will be a career focused professional with the ability to go the extra mile and a can do attitude. We are looking for positive individuals who have the ability to work well within a team; the right candidate will also thrive on feedback and new challenges. The ability to clearly demonstrate experience of working in a busy kitchen environment while still delivering service excellence is essential.

Hotel Experience in a 2 AA Rsetted kitchen is preferred
